02A little about me

Comfortable with complexity.
Focused on people.

My background connects mechanical engineering, enterprise learning technology and UX design. I like understanding how things work—and how they could work better for the people using them.

My direction is applied AI and system UX: practical tools that fit real workflows, make their limits understandable and give people a clear next step.

Learning Technology Designer

Contract · Singapore · Hybrid

Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine

Nanyang Technological University, Singapore

I connect learning systems, automation and UX to make everyday operations easier for faculty, staff and students. My role spans platform support, practical software tools, training and changes that need several teams to work together.

4
divisions in the LMS upgrade I co-led
  • Built Python, Streamlit and Selenium tools for bulk lesson-link uploads, user searches and spreadsheet generation. I also use Power Automate and RPA to improve repetitive tasks, approvals and survey workflows.

  • Co-led the Learning Assessment Management System upgrade, coordinating scope, timelines, vendors and stakeholder communication. Change-impact reviews and tailored training supported NTU IT governance and security requirements.

  • Digitised the 8th Anatomy Challenge through the LMS, replacing more than 10,000 printed pages and simplifying event logistics.

  • Combined user training with vendor root-cause analysis and workflow improvements, helping reduce repeat support tickets by 30%.

Team recognition ·

Dean’s Award for Administration
Innovation with Impact (Team)

Recognised with colleagues for learning-system innovation and collaboration across departments.

More on collaboration & delivery

I support Elentra and iLAMS, work with external vendors on incidents and sustainable fixes, and run interactive training for faculty, staff and students. UX reviews and process mapping help me turn operational concerns into clearer interfaces and workflows.

I facilitated post-pilot focus groups, synthesised student feedback and presented recommendations to the COO. I also co-led MedArtSci Fest logistics in 2024 and 2025, coordinating four interactive booths, volunteer schedules, digital assets and on-site technical support.

¹ The 90%+ figure applies to manual effort saved in specific custom GUI workflows, including bulk uploads, searches and spreadsheet generation.

Fresh Cars

Customer confidence, from website to showroom

As the sole website designer, I redesigned desktop and mobile prototypes with the owner, programmer and marketing lead. The goal was to help customers feel confident about renting a car and give them a clear path to a salesperson on WhatsApp.

I created the typography, colour palette and design system from scratch, and applied AIDA and solution marketing to the page content. I also designed logo banners and helped coordinate customer-room renovations for a space welcoming over 1,000 visitors a month.

VINCAR

Production standards & a more repeatable workflow

I photographed luxury cars for marketing, from studio lighting and exterior shoots to 360° interior panoramas. I established editing standards, retouched images in Photoshop and coordinated shoots with sales, operations and marketing.

Standardising the workflow helped increase weekly photo production to 2.5 times its previous volume. The experience taught me to improve the process around a deliverable as carefully as the deliverable itself.

Process improvement at logistics scale

I applied Lean Six Sigma to a logistics operation distributing 2.8 million health kits, contributing to a 15% improvement in efficiency. The work connected analysis on paper with the practical demands of a busy packing and labelling line.

I wrote a playbook for rapid deployment and mapped end-to-end processes with swimlane flowcharts. These made responsibilities, user touchpoints and handovers easier to understand, including in the Quarterly Business Review.
